When you use Aineko via SMS, we collect your phone number and the content of messages you send. When you use Aineko via other platforms (Telegram, etc.), we collect your platform user ID and message content.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to provide AI assistant responses. Message content is processed by AI models to generate replies. We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Retention

Message history may be retained to provide context for ongoing conversations. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing aineko@aineko.cat.

Third-Party Services

We use third-party AI model providers to generate responses. Your messages are sent to these providers for processing. We use Twilio for SMS delivery. These providers have their own privacy policies.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no internet transmission is completely secure.
